“Berlin gegen das Patriarchat!” Call for Submissions

“Berlin gegen das Patriarchat!” is an art exhibition that brings together protest posters, photos, videos, and all sorts of images of resistance against patriarchy. The focus of the exhibition will be documentary photographs and audio-visual materials that put into dialogue the expressions of women in the demonstrations in Berlin.

Submit your proposal for our Open Call!

Please submit your proposals: photos, videos, or audios (maximum 2mb or link to videos or audios). In the case of being selected, the new material will be requested.
Up to 5 proposals per applicant.

Images should be named: NAME_LASTNAME_TITLE_1.jpg

Each participant who submits a proposal guarantees that:
-Have all the copyrights to participate in the call and to show their material on the website.
-The submitted material does not contain or infringe the copyright, trademarks, contractual rights, personal rights (image, privacy, advertising) or any other intellectual property right of a third person or entity.

Timeline:
Deadline: 08.08.2020, midnight
Exhibition: 10.2020 in FRIEDA-Frauenzentrum e.V. Berlin
Application fee: none

We strongly encourage submissions from artists who experience multiple forms of oppression from migrant, black, indigenous, and people of color communities as well as artists with disabilities, queer, trans and non-binary/gender-nonconforming people.
