1. INTRODUCTION
Bardo Projektraum is launching an open call for the FERIA LATINA – Christmas Edition, a pop-up art market that celebrates diversity, color, and the energy of our local creative community.
We are looking for artists, illustrators, designers, and makers working across art, craft, independent design, and experimental practices. We welcome works that bring character, identity, humor, care, or rebellion.
Feria Latina will be more than just a market: it is a space for exchange, joy, and community support, a celebration of what is handmade, authentic, and proudly exuberant.
2. KEY DATES

📣 Results: selected artists will be notified by November 28

3. WHO CAN APPLY
- Artists and collectives over 18 years old.
- Original works in small formats: painting, drawing, illustration, photography, printmaking, ceramics, textiles, jewelry, zines, independent publications, objects, and art design pieces.
- Sale prices must range between €10 and €500.
- Applicants must guarantee full authorship of their works.
4. HOW TO APPLY

You will be asked to provide:
- Contact details (full name, artistic name if applicable, phone, email, social media/website).
- Portfolio: up to 5 images of the works you plan to sell.
- For each work: title, technique, dimensions, and proposed price (€10–500).
Only complete applications will be considered.
5. SELECTION
A committee from Bardo Projektraum will review applications based on:
- Quality and originality
- Alignment with the Feria Latina spirit
- Diversity of styles and formats
The number of participants is limited. The committee’s decision is final.
6. SALES & COMMISSION
- Participation fee: €10
- Bardo commission: 20% on sales
- Artist share: 80% of the sale price
- Payments to artists will be made within 7 days after the event closes.
7. COMMITMENTS
Bardo Projektraum will provide:
- Exhibition space and basic display equipment
- Event promotion (social media, press, flyers)
- Sales management and public reception
- Coordination of set-up and take-down
Selected artists commit to:
- Delivering works ready to exhibit and sell
- Respecting set-up and take-down schedules
- Assisting at the fair for a total of 4 hours across the event (shared shifts among all artists)
- Collecting unsold works on the designated date

Q&A – Feria Latina (Christmas Edition)
Do I need to be Latinx to apply?
No. While the fair is inspired by Latin vibrancy, anyone can apply as long as their work aligns with the colorful, eclectic, and expressive style we are looking for.
Do I need to be in Berlin during the fair?
Yes. Selected artists must be able to bring their works to Bardo Projektraum and be present for at least 4 hours total during the fair.
What is the price range for works?
All works must be priced between €10 and €500.
Is there a participation fee?
Yes, there is a €10 participation fee for selected artists.
How are sales handled?
Bardo Projektraum manages the sales. We retain a 20% commission, and artists receive 80% of the sale price. Payments are made within 7 days after the fair closes.
What kind of works can I submit?
Original works in small formats such as painting, drawing, illustration, photography, printmaking, ceramics, textiles, jewelry, zines, independent publications, and art objects.
How many works can I submit in the application?
