Through the techniques of performance and narration and the study of the work of 3 Brazilian photographers, the participants will be invited to elaborate a small visual narrative and to think about self-representation at technical and creative levels.

4. “Beyond” – experiences in organizing photography publications. Talk by Julianne Herman
In this talk, Julianne Herman will share the process of making the edition Beyond II. How the works were selected, how the contacts were made, the design process, the crowdfunding campaign, and the circulation of the final product. Hermann will also share insights on alternative and collaborative methods for organizing independent publications.
